1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has a mandate to procure Specific Procurement on behalf of Oromia Education Bureau within the public bodies' budget to be used for the 'Procurement of Desktop Computer Core i5.
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of 3500 pieces/units of Core i5 Desktop Computers.
3. The amount of bid security is 1% (one percent) of the total offered bid Price. If the total amount of bid security exceeds 500,000.00 birr, bidders can reduce to ETB 500,000.00 birr.
4. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. in the morning and 01:30 p.m. to 04:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500 (Five Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before November 19, 2025 G.C. on 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Each item must be accompanied by a bid security of show in the above table. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at the address below November 19, 2025 G.C. at 11:15 a.m. in the Morning.
8. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract agreement, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
