- Hibret Insurance Company S.C invites eligible qualified and competent Venders to submit a sealed bid document to purchase Office Furniture for office use, the Lots are.

- A complete biding documents can be obtained against payment of non-refundable amount of Birr 500.00 from the company Head office building located at Tewodros Square Hibret insurance Building 1st floor Cashier office starting from October 06, 2025 8:00 AM to October 16, 2025 5:00 PM.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee, and Insurance bond for each (Lot.1 and Lot.2) in the name of Hibret Insurance S.C.
- Sealed Financial and Technical proposal should be submitted separately with one original and one copy on or before October 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM to Head office building 9th floor at Human Capital & property Administration office.
- Bid shall be opened on the same day October 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the presence of Bidders or their representative at company Head office building 11th floor meeting room.
- In addition to specifications stated in bid document for Lot 1, Bid participants should look at the samples at the company's Head office building physically and must have a capability to manufacture similar furniture.
- Hibret Insurance company sc shall reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
