1. Dire Dawa Administration, Road Authority Has Allocated Budget and Intends to Apply for The Consultancy Service for Detail Design & Supervision of Kore Trial Bridges Consultancy Services.
2. Dire Dawa Administration, Road Authority Invites all eligible consulting firms to submit scaled expressions of interest for the Consultancy Service for Detall Design & Supervision of Koro Trial Bridges Consultancy Services

Objective of the Consultancy Service includes, but not necessarily be limited to; the assignment is to obtain the services of competent and experienced consultants for preparation of Detail Design & Supervision of Koro Trial Bridges Consultancy Services. Dire Dawa administration Road Authority Rural Connectivity for food Security programme, further detail can be referred as per the attached TOR on the Request for Proposals to be provided to The Short-Listed Firms.

Consulting Firms Should Be Registered by The Appropriate Mandated Body, Performing the assignment With a Minimum of 3 projects General Experience and Performing at most (3) three Assignments of Similar/Related Nature & with a sum budget of at least of ETB 1,000,000.00 (One millions in the past ten years.

The Short-Listing Criteria Are: General Experience, Relevant/Related Experience on Similar projects (with reference letters & Agreements), Availability and experience of key staffs: Practicing resident engineer, Professional Geotechnical/material Engineer, structural engineer, quantity surveyor, professional surveyor and hydrologist hydraulic engineer. But Not Limited. Consultants Can Associate to Enhance Their Qualification/Performance.

3. Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Open National Tendering Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Dire Dawa Administration of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Participation is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Bidders are required to submit with their bids a signed and stamped copy of bidding documentation package provided to the bidder including all the technical documents subsequently prior to the bid submission date and time, failing to do so results declaration of non-responsive.
5. Consultants May Obtain Further Information from The Address Below During Office Hours, 7:30 AM-12:00 A.M. and 2:00 PM. -5:30 PM. From Monday to Thursday and On Friday from 7:30 AM-11:00 A.M. And 2:00 Friday P.M.-5:30 PM
6. Expression of Interest Along with Documentary Evidences Must Be Submitted in Hard Copy to The Address Below at or before the 6^th Date of October, 2025 G.C until 5:30 PM (afternoon).

Late Submissions Shall Be Rejected.
