Specifications: Range 605km (CLTC), any color except white/black, minimum 3-year warranty on battery/motor.
Eligibility: Bidders must submit a valid business license, VAT/TIN, tax clearance, proof of EV supply experience, and authorization from BYD or distributor (if applicable).
Submission Details:
Deadline: October 7, 2025, 5:00 PM
Opening: October 8, 2025, 2:00 PM at DRA Office, Akaki Kality, Tulu Mall Building, 6th Floor.
Format: Separate sealed Technical and Financial proposals.
Bid Security: 2% of the total bid amount (refundable).
Evaluation Criteria: Technical (40%), Price (30%), After-sales support (20%), Delivery (10%).
