Lot IV purchase of beds, mattresses and lockers for students
- Bidding document may be purchased at MTVETC room No 2 upon payment for nonrefundable Birr 500 (five hundred) within 7days of the 1st appearance of this announcement during the normal working hours.
- Bidders required presenting their renewed license for year 2018 EC VAT. Registration certificate, supplier certificate, and tax payer identification (TIN)
- All bidders must be accompanied by bid bound 2% of the total price of the bid, in the form of insurance, bank guarantee or C.P.O before the closing date.
- Bids will be opened on the one week after the announcement on the newspapers at 9:30 am in the presence of the bidders or legal representatives. Late bids shall be reject Bidders and also are instructed to submit separate sealed one original & one photocopy of the technical and financial documents separately and should be sealed in an outer envelope
- The bureau has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
