EMMANUEL BAPTIST CHURCH OF ETHIOPIA DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (EBCEDO) INVITES BIDDERS WHO HAVE LEGAL LICENSE TO SUPPLY RELIEF ITEMS

Emmanuel Baptist Church of Ethiopia Development Organization, in collaboration with CIE, would like to respond to the humanitarian needs of the people affected by drought and conflict in Tigray Regional state Adigrat town, through the provision of food and nutrition items. Thus, EBCEDO would like to invite eligible bidders who have legal license to supply relief items mentioned below. The bidders should have relevant renewed license, experience, TIN Certificate, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, and have other related legal requirements. So, EBCEDO invites eligible bidders to present sealed bids for the following items separately for Adigrat town.

The bid will be on air for 10 working days including Saturday starting from the announcement date of 06 Sep. 2025 G.C. The bid, accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the contract price in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and the bidders should purchase a bid document for each item with 300 birr and can deliver all legal documents with the price of each item separately for each location from Emmanuel Baptist Church of Ethiopia Development Organization Administration and Finance Office, on or before 17, Sep, 2025 G.C up to 4:00 P.M. The bid will be opened on the next day, 18 Sep, 2025 G.C at 10:30 A.M at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at EBCEDO Head Office.

NB: Bidders should present their prices for each item separately for each item units in Kg. and litter; and also, the price needs to include VAT. In addition, the bidders are advised to consider destination area (Adigrat town) for the cost of logistic transportation while presenting the prices. The Emmanuel Baptist Church of Ethiopia Development Organization reserves the legal right to cancel the bid in whole or partially.
