- Bidders are required to submit renewed Trade license, Tax, clearance certificate valid at submission of bid & VAT Registration Certificate with taxpayer registration certificate.
- Bids and samples of all items must be delivered to the office indicated on number 2 above on or before Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 11:30 AM. And Bids will be opened on Monday September 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
- TdH NL reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
