For the Procurement of Design and Consultancy Services

1. Warka Apartment Housing Cooperative hereby invites all eligible Grade 1 and Grade 2 construction consultancy firms to submit bids for the provision of design and consultancy services for its B+G+9 apartment building project, located in Akaki Kality Sub-city, near Garment Sefera.
2. Bidding will be conducted in an open tendering procedure as per the legal tender law of the country. and the bid is open to all eligible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from AN Business Centre Building, office no. 606, located around Lagahar Area behind Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Main Office.
4. Interested bidders are required to deposit a non- refundable fee of ETB 2,000 (Two Thousand Birr) into the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, account number 1000646611877, belonging to Warka Apartment Housing Cooperative. Upon presentation of the deposit slip, the bid document may be collected during official working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr). The bid security should be submitted in the form of either a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or an unconditional bank guarantee, enclosed in a separately sealed envelope prepared by the name Warka Communal Housing Construction Limited Cooperative Societies.
6. Completed bid documents must be submitted to the designated bid box no later than September 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
7. The bid submission will be officially closed at 10:00 AM on September 15, 2025, and bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM, at AN Business Center, Office No. 606.
8. Bidders are required to submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of both their Technical and Financial proposals. Each set must be enclosed in separately sealed and wax-sealed envelopes. Every envelope must be clearly labeled with the project title, bidder's name, address, phone number, and an indication of whether the document is the original or a copy.
9. Bidders may attend the bid opening in person or be represented by a legally authorized delegate.
10. The bid validity shall be 90 days after bid opening.

12. Non-compliance with any of the stated requirements shall result in automatic disqualification of the bid.
13. The Employer, Warka Communal Housing Construction Limited Cooperative Societies, reserves the full right to cancel the tender in whole or in part at its discretion.
