Berhane Wongel Baptist Church Development Organization would like to invite eligible bidders who have legal license to supply relief items mentioned below

Berhane Wongel Baptist Church Development Organization, in collaboration with CIE, would like to respond to the humanitarian needs of the people in Wesern Oromia, East Wolega Zone Diga, Slbu Sire and Wayu Tuka Woreda's in Oromia Regional state, through the provision of food and nutrition items.

Thus, BWCDO would like to invite eligible bidders who have legal license to supply relief items mentioned below. The bidders should have relevant renewed license, experience, TIN Certificate, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, and have other related legal requirements. So, BWCDO invites eligible bidders to present sealed bids for the following items separately for each location Relief Items.

The bid will be on air for 10 working days including Saturday starting from  the announcement date of 26 August, 2025 G.C.

The bid, accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the contract price in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and the bidders should purchase a bid document for each item with 200 birr and can deliver all legal documents with the price of each item separately for each location from Berhane Wongel Baptist Church Development Organization Administration and Finance Office, on or before - 5 Sep, 2025 G.C up to 4:00 P.M. The bid will be opened on the next day, 6 Sep, 2025 G.C at 10:15 A.M at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at BWCDO Head Office.

NB:- Bidders should present their prices for each item separately for each item at each location with the same units in Kg. and litter; and also, the price needs to include VAT. In addition, the bidders are advised to consider destination area (Diga, Wayu Tuka and Sibu Sire woredas of East Wolega) for the cost of logistic transportation while presenting the prices. The Berhane Wongel Baptist Church Development Organization reserves the legal right to cancel the bid in whole or partially.
