INVITATION FOR OPEN BIDS

1. 1. Lucy Insurance S.C invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the supply of: -

LOT One

LOT TWO

• The study of Organizational Structure, Salary Scale, Benefit Scheme and other Deliverables.
  2. The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) for each Lot.
  3. The bid remains floating from August 25, 2025 up to September 4, 2025 and will be closed on September 4. 2025 in the morning at 10:00 AM. and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company's Board Room, 6 floor.
  4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) for Lot One and Birr 25,000.00 (twenty-Five Thousand) for Lot two in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) for each Lot. 
  5. All bidders must submit the bid document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C during office hours on/before September 4, 2025 morning 10:00 AM at the third floor HR and Logistics Department office.
  6. Bidders must be submit their respective Technical Proposals and Price Quotations including VAT in separately.
  7. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license. Tax clearance certificate and vat registration certificate.
  8. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
