INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE MOTORBIKES PURCHASE

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) the world's leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to purchase 4 pieces of 200cc offroad Motorbikes that will be distributed to different partners throughout the country to improve equitable access to vaccination program.

And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the Service Details, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described in the bid document.

Tender document

• Potential bidders may obtain tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 100 from SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country office starting from August 26, 2025, up to September 02. 2025, during working hours.

• Save the children Ethiopia Country Office, close to Meskel Square. near the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Bid Submission

• Bid Security in the name of "Save the Children International" amounting to ETB 100,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission. The submission must be in a separate sealed envelope. (Cash and insurance bonds are not accepted)
• Bidder technical proposal must be submitted in soft copy through the email address ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org. Bidder can submit their document up to September 02, 2025, cob. The subject of the email should be "ITT/IN-SCI-ET-2025-009/Bidder Response - 'Bidder Name', 'Date".
• Bidder Financial proposal must be submitted in hard copy- sealed document to Save the children Ethiopia country office. Financial proposal submission date is September 03, 2025, cob up to 03:00pm.

Save the Children Procurement Committee will open technical tender responses on September 03, 2025.

SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
