RFP Title: Supply of Vehicles, Double Cabin Pick Up

IFDC Ethiopia is duly registered and licensed as Foreign Charity (with license # 3411) in accordance with the Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 621/2009.

IFDC Ethiopia intends to procure 4 Vehicles, Double Cabin Pick up and hereby invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers in accordance with the instructions-to-bid, technical specifications, and terms and conditions of purchase as stated in this RFP.

Bidders may obtain the complete bidding documents from IFDC Ethiopia by sending a formal request along with attachments of eligibility documents (business license, registration certificate, VAT certificate, TIN certificate) via email to procurementethiopia@ifdc.org starting from August 25. 2025 to September 8, 2025. Email requests fulfilling requirements stated herein will receive a formal response within 24 hours.

Prequalification Requirements:

•  Certification of Eligibility: clear copies of business license, registration certification, VAT/TIN certificates
•  Certification of Authorization to Import, distribute, assemble from the Manufacturer
• Bidder's acceptance of IFDC terms and conditions of Purchase

-Price is to be given in local currency (ETB)

-Conformity to IFDC technical requirements and specifications (equivalent or above)

-Delivery period or Lead time -immediate, from stock

-Warranty- 1 year minimum

-Delivery place - IFDC office (Addis Ababa)

-Costs of transport, loading, unloading, labor /machinery costs to be borne by the supplier

-Payment terms - 100% after delivery of all Units and upon submission of valid receipts/invoices and a letter of payment request

Bid responses shall be submitted in hard copies (only) to IFDC Ethiopia office in Addis Ababa (address below) on or before September 9, 2025 (15:00 hours or 3:00 pm in the afternoon). Late bids shall not be accepted.

IFDC reserves the right to accept or reject this RFP and/or proposals received in part or in whole.
