Born Free Foundation Ethiopia invites Grade 5 and/ or above Electro-mechanical company, for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of low voltage Underground cable installation through local competitive bidders at Ensessa Kotteh, Wildlife Rescue, conservation and Education Center near Holeta Town.

1. Required Bid Documents:

Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their bid:

1. 1. Renewed Trade License
   2. TIN Certificate
   3. VAT Registration Certificate
   4. Competency Registration Certificate from the relevant government body
   5. Documentary evidence of financial capability and relevant experience
2. Bidding Documents:

Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from August 25, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only). Hard copy of the bid documents can be collected from the Born Free Foundation Ethiopia Office at Lideta Sub-City Woreda 8, Adot International Trading Building, Room No. 204.

From Monday - Friday 8:00-12:00 A.M, 2:00 -5:00 P.M office hours.

3. Bid Security:

Bidders must furnish a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 in the form of a CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized bank.

4. Submission of Bids:

Bids must be submitted into the tender box provided for this purpose on or before September 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the BFFE Head Office, Lideta Sub-City Woreda 8, Adot International Trading Building, Room No. 204

5. Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened at the same address on September 18, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
