PROCUREMENT OF DRY FOOD

The Somali regional State Ablele primary hospital now invites sealed bid from eligible and qualified bidders for production for PROCUREMENT OF DRY FOOD 2.

Requirement of Bidders

1. Bidders are required to present a copy of their renewed licenses, VAT registration certificate, supplier's registration certificate and tax clearance certificate.
2. Suppliers shall furnish that they have performed at least two similar contracts of a similar nature during the last 2&3 years.
3. Complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased starting from the date this invitation is announced, from the office mentioned below and upon the payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 100 (one hundred Birr) on the submission of written application to address below. The method of payment will be in cash.
4. Bidders must bid for all described item of goods in a single lot or all three lots partial bidding from item/items in a single lot is not considered.
5. The bid must be delivered to the SRS Ablele primary hospital jijiga, at or before 3PM on 15th day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Ablele primary hospital notice board late bids will be rejected.
6. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 3:30 PM on 15th day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the notice board at SRS Ablele primary hospital jijiga. If there will be public holiday and weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. The bid must be accompanied a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
7. The SRS Abele primary hospital reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
