Requirements:
Renewed & Valid trade license,
- Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
- Tax clearance,
- VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month,
- Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount before Tax by CPO which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date the bid is opened on one separate Envelop,
- Both financial and technical document one original and one copy for each in a separate envelope stamped and waxed,
Note:
- Bid documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from imagine 1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 13/08/2025 to 19/08/2025 by paying 200 birrs for the lot via Imagine 1 Day CBE.
- Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit and put in to the bid box on the day of bid opening.
- Bid will be closed on 20/08/2025 at 10:00AM and opened on 20/08/2025 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Country office,
- The winner shall deliver the materials within 10 (Ten) Working days from the date of the agreement/PO signed.
- Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
