To All Importer & General Trading Suppliers

PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of sealed Technical Company Profiles from eligible bidders for provision submit sealed Technical Company Profiles to Supply of Electro Mechanical Technology Equipment and Practical Materials and Bulk meter & Water Mater.

ALL Importer and General Trading suppliers who have valid related license for the current year can collect the tender documentation in PIN office in Hawassa (Kebele 05 behind Central Hotel), tel. 046 212 3135 or 046 212 2140 or Addis Ababa, Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 904 Tel 011 618 5121 or 011 662 0503 or send the request by procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz from until 20/08/2025 during working days.

Question and any clarification relating to this tender, should be sent to the following email address: procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz until 22/08/2025. If PIN answers the question, all other tenderers will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. Questions could be answered only until 25/08/2024.

PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Tender offers to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 27 August 2025, 3:00 PM (local time Afternoon 9:00) to following address: Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.904. Bids received after the closing date & time wiil not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on 27 August 2025, 3:30 PM (Afternoon 9:30 local time) Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building) PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14 house no.904 based on the submitted bids. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
