1. Amhara National Regional State Livestock & Fisheries Resource Development Office through the Government of Ethiopia has received finance from the African Development Fund herein called the Bank, towards the cost of Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunting Reduction Project and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Amhara National Regional State Livestock and Fisheries Resource Development Office now invites eligible bidders with work licenses in civil construction works for the construction of:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with the African Development Bank's procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as de- fined in the procurement Framework.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Livestock and Fisheries Resource Development Office, (Input, Supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate) Mr. Melku Muluye E-mail: muluyemelku@gmail.com  and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to Monday to Friday at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment will be in cash. The bid document will be physically taken by the bidder or its legal representative.
6. Bids must be delivered to ANRS Livestock and Fisheries Resource Development Office, Input, supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate, floor/room number 19 Bahir Dar before 10:00 AM 9 September 2025 G.C. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 10:00 AM local time on 9 September, 2025.
7. All Bids must b accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of acceptable securities specified in ITB 19.3 and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days+28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the beneficial ownership Disclosure form as included in the bidding document.
