Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite eligible bidders for the Procurement of Construction of Lot 6 painting works for Dukam B+G+6 Office project.
Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.
- Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance letter can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr and 00/100) in cash.
- Renewed certificate of registration from authorizes body as General construction (GC-5), Building construction contractor (BC-5) and above and finishing contractor with relevant experience in painting work and valid licence can purchase complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr and 00/100)
- Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr and 00/100) the form of C.P.O or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.
- Bid Validity shal be 120days after technical bid opening date
- Bid will be closed on September 02/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same Date at 2:30 PM
- The bidder shall abide with lowest and regulations in forced in federal and regional Government regarding environmental protection and shall confirm with safety and health standard and shall be committed to the implement of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 Safety and health management system.
OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
