Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) interested bidders we invited to participate in the supply of the goods mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions

Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors of eligible bidders for the procurement of the Different Types of Standby Diesel Generators for building construction projects to be purchased in local currency

Therefore, interested bidders we invited to participate in the supply of the goods mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant licenses, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance Certificates issued by concerned tax authorities.
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from an authorized body as a supplier of electromechanical equipment with relevant experience and valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
3. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.
4. Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.
5. Bid will be closed on August 14/2025 at 2:00 PM and opened on the same date at 2:30 PM.
6. The bidder shall abide with laws and regulations in forced in Federal and Regional Government regarding environmental Protections and shall confirm with safety and Health Standards and shall be committed to the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Safety and Health Management System
7. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
