(CONSULTING SERVICES-FIRMS SELECTION)

Consultancy services for detail engineering design of Modjo City Intenal Asphalt Road and Road Side Corridor Development project

Modjo City Administration now invites eligible Grade one consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services.

1. 1. Interested Consultants should indicate their interest in providing information related to their general experience and similar experience in the past 6 years, company profile to show managerial capability and organizational structure, 4 years financial Audit report with an average annual turnover of at least ETB 5,000,000, all the above criteria to be presented with Testimonials to perform the Services.
   2. Interested firms shall have a certificate of registration with Grade one and renewed for 2017 E.C and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance which shall include:
      1. Valid trading license renewed for 2017 E.C
      2. Tax clearance certificate which states its eligibility to participate in public tenders and valid for 2017 E.C
      3. Evidence of /Being/ Registered Supplier under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).
   3. Scope of work: - The scope of work includes the following but not limited to: -Topographic survey, Geo technical investigation, detail engineering design, Specification, and Tender Document Preparation.
   4. The short-listing criteria are:
      1. Core business and years in business of Firm
      2. Qualification in the field of the Assignment,
      3. Technical and managerial organization of the firm &
      4. Firm's Overall capacity to perform the assignment.
   5. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hour from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
   6. Expression of interest (EOI) must be delivered to the address below on or before the 15th day starting from the day of Expression of interest (EOI) posted in the newspaper at 10:00 am.
   7. Modjo City Finance Office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the (EOI) at any time.
