- The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has allocated a budget for the procurement of the design manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 500kV DPLC system integration for the GERD-Dedessa-Holeta communication links through International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
- The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) now invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of 500 kV DPLC System Integration for GERD-Dedessa-Helets Communication Links.

- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter and payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.

- Bidding documents will be available starting July 21, 2025.
- Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above before the closing date and time
- All bids must be include a bid security in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantees specified.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bid must be submitted to the above office on or before 2:00 PM on August 20, 2025. accompanied by a bid security of USD 20,000 (Twenty Thousand US Dollars).
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. on August 20, 2025, at 2:01 PM.
