TENDER No. NCB/OCC-074/2025

Oromia Construction Corporation intends to invite potential contractors for the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electro Mechanical Materials for Yabelo town Water Supply Project.

A Complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 400.00 (four Hundred) in cash.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the Construction of the above-mentioned project on the basis of the following conditions.

Those who owned

1. Renewed relevant trade license,
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (Electro Mechanical Supplier & Installation Contractor with relevant experience & valid license)
3. Valid VAT registration certificate & Tax payers’ registration,
4. Valid Business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in and must be registered in the Public Procurement Administration Agency's Suppliers List,
5. Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the tax Authority stating that the bidder is eligible to participate in any Public Tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids,
6. A complete set of bidding document in English shall be obtained from 2nd floor office of contract administration & supervision team sub contract projects,
7. Bidder shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with an amount of Eth.Br.200,000 (two hundred thousand) in the name of Oromia Construction Corporation. Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will cause automatic disqualification
8. The bidder shall abide with laws & regulations enforced in federal & regional government regarding environmental protections & shall conform with safety & health standards and shall be committed to the implementation of "ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 safety and health management system"
9. Bid validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date,
10. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Contract Administration & Supervision Team, Subcontracted Projects,
11. Bid will be closed on July 29/2025 GC at 2:00 PM & opened on the same date at 2:30 PM
12. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
