FSCE is a recognized & licensed non-profit charitable local NGO working to ensure the fulfillment of protection and development needs of vulnerable children since 1989. FSCE is operational in Ahmara, Oromia and SNNPR regional states including the two city administrations (Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa) FSCE's programs are designed to address the wellbeing of children and youth with a wide range of interventions encompassing four thematic areas of work: child protection, youth empowerment, Humanitarian interventions and Advocacy that are extended to children and young people by working with family and community involving various relevant stakeholders.

FSCE invites all eligible suppliers with renewed business licenses for the fiscal year 2017 E.C. to participate in the tender for the supply of one (1) five-seat electric vehicle.

Electric Windows, Air Conditioning, Airbags, AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Alloy Wheels, Android Auto, Anti-Lock Brakes, Armrests, Blind Spot Monitor, Bullbar, CarPlay, Cruise Control, Cup Holders, Electric Mirrors, Front Fog Lamps, Leather Seats, LED Headlights Full price-the bidder should submit full invoice price including all relevant government tax and other expenses except cost for processing plate number.

Key Requirements

Submission of documents

• Renewed business license
• VAT registration certificate
• TIN Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Legal document to import and sale Electric vehicles from relevant Government office

Delivery time

The delivery time for the vehicle is expected to be 15 days commencing the official date of bid winner notification. Suppliers who do not meet the delivery time or provide longer delivery time than 15 days will not be considered.

Bid submission

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelope. Please ensure that you adhere to specification given above and note that bid is considered only for models manufactured in 2025.
