AEC Business Consulting PLC hereby invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following three (3) diesel vehicles, in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined below.

1. Vehicle Specifications

Lot 1: Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (Diesel)

Lot 2: Toyota Land Cruiser Hardtop (Diesel)/ Toyota Mark II (Diesel)

• Fuel Type: Diesel

• Transmission: Manual or Automatic

• Condition: Excellent (used)

• Year of Manufacture: 2015 or 2020

• Preferred Features: 4WD, strong off-road capability, AC, rugged interior Air conditioning power windows, sound system, full-size spare tire

• Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, but must clearly indicate the lot(s) being quoted.

2.  Bid Participation Requirements

• All interested and eligible bidders must submit the following documents:

• Renewed business license valid for the current Ethiopian fiscal year

• Valid VAT and TIN registration certificates

• Recent tax clearance certificate or receipt

• Technical proposal: Details of the vehicle(s) offered, including year, condition, mile age, features, and photos

• Financial proposal: Price offer per vehicle, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs (if any)

3. Bid Submission Instructions

• All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked:

• "Bid for Procurement of Vehicles- AEC Business Consulting PLC-Confidential"

• The envelope should also clearly indicate the Lot Number(s) being applied for.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than: 2 July 2025

4. Additional Information

• Late or incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected.

• AEC Business Consulting PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, fully or partially, without providing reasons.
