Invitation for Consultancy Service for IFRS Adoption

Sidama Design and Construction Supervision Enterprise (SDCSE) would like to invite qualified consultants for submission of full proposal of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) adoption, training and implementation.

Description of the service: The primary goal of this

consultancy service is to develop a comprehensive IFRS conversion and implementation strategy and financial statements.

Scope of Work: The consultant is expected to perform, including but not limited to,

• Converting 2016 EFY financial statement of GAAP into IFRS
• Preparing 2017 EFY financial Statements of the company as per IFRS
• Preparing implementation strategy, manuals, work procedures, revising chart of account, etc.
• Training staff of the company in adoption and implementation of IFRS
• Assisting staff in preparing IFRS financial statements for EFY of 2018

Proposal Submission Deadline: The proposal including

both technical and financial proposals, in two separate wax sealed envelopes both enclosed in one outer envelope must be submitted in person within 15 days from announcement of this invitation on Addis Zemen Gazette. The bid will be closed at 3:00 pm local time on the 15th day and opened at 3:30 pm on the same day. If the 15th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened on the next working day at the same time and place. Interested and qualified bidders can get the bidding document, TOR and RFP, from the Enterprise's Procurement and Property Administration Directorate for free.

Submission Address: The proposal should be delivered

to the Sidama Design and Construction Supervision Enterprise, Procurement & Property Administration Directorate (PPAD), and put in the Bid Box, located at Hawassa City Administration, Menaheria Sub-city, Millennium Kebele, behind the old Bus station (Aroge Menaheria)
