Bidders have the option to bid the following

• interested illegible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian from Ethiopia meteorology institute procurement office local time 2:30 up to6:30 and in the afternoon 7:30pm up to 11 00pm from Monday to Friday at the address given below

• Bid will open in the presence of the bidders representative who closes to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement on the Ethiopian Herald after 21 days the bid will closed on July 2 local time 10:00 am and will open at 10:30 am if the day is a holy day and closing will be the net working day at the same time
