1. East Wollega Finance Office has Budgets for the procurement of Supply, installation, Testing and Commission of Electro Mechanical Lift and Generator as per detail requirements on section six of standard Bid document.

2. Qualification requirement includes: Renewed Trade License for the year, VAT registration certificate, and Tax clearance, PPA registration certificate (online). 8.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the procurement policy and procedural Manual of East Wollega Zone Finance Office and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased 9 by interested bidders in the address below up on payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 200.00(two hundred birr) in cash.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from East Wollega Zone Finance Office and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 AM to 12:30 AM in the morning and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the afternoon and Friday from 08:30 AM to 11:30AM in the morning and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the afternoon.
6. Bidders shall submit one original and two photocopies for both technical proposal and financial and financial offer. Technical proposal will be sealed in a such a way that one original and one copy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as 'ONE ORIGINAL & ONE PHOTOCOPY' and second PHOTO COPY 'Respectively, then the placed in another outer envelope along with bid security as an indicated in the above table, in an acceptable form as indicated in bidding document. Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photocopy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as 'ONE ORIGINAL & ONE PHOTOCOPY AND SECOND PHOTOCOPY 'Respectively, then placed in another outer envelope finally the all documents shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope whose outer cover containing all necessary information about the firm & employer including project information.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at in before 15 calendar days starting the date posted on newspaper and submitted on the 16 calendar days up to 4:30 LT. A bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian birr 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand birr) in the form of CPO or an Unconditional bank guarantee in accordance with the form provided in the section 4 Bidding forms of the bidding document. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. All Qualification application, financial offers & bid security of the bidders will be opened by the East Wollega Technical committee in the persons bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the final date and 8:00 LT. at stated above.
9. East wollega zone Finance office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
