We Forest (www.weforest.org) is an international non-profit organization headquartered in Belgium and with current project in Brazil, Ethiopia, India, Tanzania, Senegal and Zambia.

The mission of the organization is to advance innovative, scalable and long lasting solution to restore degraded forest and landscapes for climate, people and planet. We promote scientific evidence for the ways in which forests contribute to climate change mitigation, beyond their impacts as stocks of carbon, by increasing water availability, enhancing local cooling and improve rural livelihood and resilience. Since February 2018. WeForest registered as a foreign charity (license no. 3910) by The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil society organizations.

WeForest Ethiopia is pleased to invite qualified suppliers to submit bids for the purchase of a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid or BYD Song Plus Hybrid.

We are seeking competitive proposals from authorized dealers or suppliers capable of delivering the specified vehicle in accordance with our requirements.

Bid Submission Requirements:

Interested bidders must provide the following documents:

Interested bidder who have relevant renewed license for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and TIN certification.

Detailed price quotation, including taxes and other fees.

Detailed vehicle specification with color and year.

Warranty details and after sales services

Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers separately in sealed envelopes in the address of organization.

All bids must be submitted no later than ten days of announcement of this bid to WeForest Ethiopia CMC area Palm Building, Room 507/505 Cell: +251 970 410 352.

The organization reserves the right to revoke the bid, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
