Finn Church Aid (FCA) Ethiopia is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to participate in a competitive tender for the procurement of laptops. FCA Ethiopia invites interested suppliers to submit their bids in accordance with the tender dossier and its annexes.

Technical specifications

This tender is divided into 4 lots. Tender may be submitted for one, several or all lots.

Tenderers are encouraged to submit multiple options for each lot. Contracting Authority will go through specifications to select most applicable items.

Tender Dossier & Tender Submission

Interested suppliers can obtain the tender dossier and annexes by contacting FCA Ethiopia at procurement@kua.fl. All inquiries regarding this tender must be made through the same email address.

Candidates must send their offers via email to procurement@kua.fi. no later than the deadline as mentioned above. Any tenders received after the deadline will not be considered. Interested bidders should write to the email above to receive the complete tender dossier.

Candidates must put 2025-12- Tender Submission for IT equipment in the subject line of their emails when submitting their offers.

No tender may be changed or withdrawn after the deadline has passed.

The candidate shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the offer and the Contracting Authority will in no case be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the procurement process.
