Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) invite to eligible bidders for the procurement of different types of electric vehicles

Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) has funds with the Procuring entity's budget to be used for the Procurements of Different Types of electric vehicles, used by Addis Ababa City Administration for Addis media network and Addis Ababa city administration civil registration and residency service agency with special agreement for one (1) Ethiopian Budget years. For Therefore, AAPPPDS invites interested eligible bidders for the supply of goods and related services as mentioned below:

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1500.00 (One Thousand five hundred) for 10 consecutive working days starting from, Friday, May 02/2025 G.C from 8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm/LS 24/2017 E.C local time 2:30 to 11:30.
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM on working hours.
3. Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service Finance Directorate which is located at 3rd floor, room no. 306 4. Documents will be floated for 10 Consecutive working days starting from Friday, May 02/2025 G.C/ 24/08/2017 E.C
4. Bids will be closed at 11:00 Am and opened at 11:30 Am on Monday, May 19/2025G.C/7 11/2017 at 5th floor, Assembly Hall.
5. AAPPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in fully.
