0. 1. China Communication Construction Company Ltd. have signed a contract Aagreement with Ethiopian Roads Administration for the construction works of of Outdoor Work (Cave/Rock tunnel. Stone Art Imitation Cladding Work for Main Gate, Stream/Dry Water Bodies Work) of Sofumer Luxury Lodge/Resort Design Build Project. As per the signed Agreement, we would like to invite subcontractors to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material. Machinery for this project.
   2. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
1. Commercial Registration Certificate and Trading License renewed for 2017 EFY:
2. Tax Clearance Certificate & PPA Certificate
3. Competency Certificate for the specified Categories and renewed for 2017 EFY
4. TIN & VAT Registration Certificate.
   3. Project Overview:

The Project is located on the Sof Omar town, Bale Robe city. Orimia Region. Ethiopia. This project involves in the construction of cave/rock tunnel, the creation of stone art imitation cladding for the main gate and the development of stream /dry water bodies.

1. 4. Interested bidder shall completed construction contracts with similar nature or having only one ongoing construction projects or working only on maintenance and similar projects.
   5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. A complete soft copy of bidding documents prepared in English language may be collected upon a formal written request by interested bidders to the address below.
   6. Bid validity: period shall be 90 calendar days after the submission of the bid
   7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 7th, 2025 at 03:00 P.M. to the Address mentioned below. A bid security amount 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee must be submitted in the name of China Communication Construction Company Ltd.
