The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC) is a national civil society organization registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). EMWACDC, in partnership with PMU and Nehemiah would like to purchase motorcycle for the purpose of filed level rural livelihood enhancement project implementation and monitoring in Konso zone, South Ethiopia national regional state, Moyale and Bishoftu town child development projects implementation and monitoring in Oromia National regional state.

EMWACDC invites duly registered, qualified, and competent suppliers to submit a bid for the following goods:

Method of Application

Interested and qualified bidders should obtain detailed documents for the bidding upon paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 at EMWACDC office, which should be properly sealed and marked with the appropriate reference number, and returned to the tender box provided at the head office located at: Yeka Sub-city, Woreda 06, around Setoch Adebabay, opposite to 28 Meda P.O. Box: 17979, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Telephone: 09-41-45-47-93/09-11-44-93-03.

• All price offers should include VAT.
• Price offers should include all necessary accessories and delivery expenses at the specified site.
• A bid security 2% worth the total value of the commodity a supplier bids for is a must.
• Bids submitted without completed and signed bidding documents will be automatically rejected.
• Acceptance of your bid(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to the EMWACDC's Terms and Conditions prepared for this bid for Supply of the item.
• All legal documents including relevant and renewed license, tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, etc. should be submitted with other bidding documents.
• The bidder should prepare and submit a delivery schedule for the vehicle the company applied for.
• EMWACDC reserves the right to reject bids or award partially or fully.
