Instruction to the Bidders
- Interested Bidders can obtain the bid form CCDP finance section & visit the vehicles located at Makanisa School for the Deaf compound.
- BID submission deadline: Bid must be submitted within five working days beginning the date of this announcement,
- Bids must be accompanied by nonrefundable of birr 300.00.
Terms and Conditions
Sale condition: The vehicle is sold on an "as it is where it is"basis without any warranties or recourse
Awards of Bid: the vehicle will be awarded to the highest bidder. In the event of identical Bid, priority will be given to the bidder with the earliest submitted Bid. Bidders are allowed to submit only one bid. Multiple submission from same bidder resulted in disqualification.
Notification and Payment: Successful bidder will be notified through the letter of award and must complete payment within three working days and the vehicles must be moved from the compound within five days from the day of notification. If not storage fee of birr 1000 per day will be charged.
BID submission
Interested bidders can submit the bid amount with enclosed envelop to Finance office of Church of Christ Mission at Makanisa School for the Deaf compound. The bid envelop should be address to CCDP, P.O. Box 3147, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
CCDP reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
