በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች ፡-

በዘርፉ የታደሰ ፍቃድ ያላቸው፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና ቫት ተመዝጋቢ ለመሆናቸው የማይመለስ ፎቶ ኮፒ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።
ተጫራቾች ከላይ የተገለጹትን ዝርዝር የዕቃዎች ዋጋ በግልጽ በማስቀመጥ ሳር ቤት ግደይ ገ/ህይወት ህንፃ 1ኛ ፎቅ አ.አ ስልክ፡ 0930304110/0914734193 ግዢ ክፍል በታሸገ ፖስታ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይችላሉ።
ተጫራቾች ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ላሉት 3 ወራት ህጋዊ ሆኖ የሚቆይ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ / ባንክ ጋራንቲ 2% ማስያዝ አለባቸው።
የጨረታ ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ላሉት ተከታታይ ቀናት የሚቆይ ሆኖ ማለትም 28/8/2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ጨረታው ተዘግቶ 28/8/2017 ዓ.ም አዲስ አበባ በሚገኘው ለሚ ናሽናል ሲሚንቶ ኃ/የተ/ግ/ማህበር ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።
ጨረታ ሳጥኑ ከተዘጋ በኋላ የሚመጣ የጨረታ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም።

ማሳሰቢያ ፡-

ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባይገኙም ጨረታው ተከፍቶ ውሳኔ ይሰጥበታል።

መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
