Habesha Cement Share Company would like to invite qualified service providers to submit their proposals for the provisions of transit and documentation services for the transportation of goods at Kaliti, Modjo and Addis Ababa/Cargo ports. The company would like to engage qualified services providers to render the transit and documentation works and ensure a clear, professional, and detailed business process in this regard.

The required services include:

• Transit Services: following up of transportation of goods at different cargo ports,
• Documentation Services: Preparation and submission of necessary paperwork, permits, and certificates required for transit operations.
• Include any related services there may be required such as insurance coverage, real-time tracking, or coordination with third-party vendors.

The following requirement is expected for the companies to participate in the bid;

• Proven experience in transit and documentation services of similar business sector at manufacturing and industrial companies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements with renewed business registration and licenses valid for the current Ethiopian fiscal year 2017 E.C
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide efficient service.

Bidders are required to submit their financial offers as detailed below clearly stating their price including/excluding 15% VAT.

Interested and qualified bidders shall submit their technical of their method statement to rendering the services and financial proposals in a sealed bid as sown in the table above on or before 29th April 2025, 10:00 A.M Local Time (Addis Ababa Time) to the address shown below. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted and bids will be publicly opened on the same date in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M.
