- Bidders shall submit Renewed trade license, vat registration certificate, Tax identification No. and shall produce document for indication of fulfillment of tax obligation.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid bond 1% and 2% of the total bid price of up to and over 5 million unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, certified check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank
- All bids shall be sealed and delivered to AMHARA RIGION INDUSTRY PARKS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION at Bahir Dar
- Bids closing date shall be on the 21" calendar day at 2.00 PM counted from the first day of Bid Advertisement appeared in the Adiss Zemen News Paper.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of AMHARA RIGION IN-DUSTRY PARKS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (AIPDC) 2:30 PM on the date of Bid opening as specified above.
- If bid closing and opening dates are to be on Saturday. Sunday and holidays, the closing and opening date would be the next working date.
- The Amhara Rigion Industry Parks Development Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
- The corporation has not the right to collect currently VAT/value add tax/
