National Election Board of Ethiopia would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the Procurement of Motor Cycle.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing April 5/2025 from Procurement Management Department located at National Election Board of Ethiopia 1st  floor Room No.107 against payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) during office hours. (Monday to Friday 8:30-12:30 AM, 1:30-5:30 PM.
2. Bidders shall have valid and renewed trade license, Vat registration certificate, TIN certificate, supplier list & tax clearance certificates.
3. Bidders must be supported bid security Ethiopian Birr 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the Name of National Election Board of Ethiopia.
4. Bidders shall submit their bid document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at National Election Board of Ethiopia head office, in front of Flamingo Restaurant 1st floor office No 107 during office hours on the above mentioned date and time.
5. Bidders shall submit their bid document at National Election Board of Ethiopia head office, Procurement Management Department at April 22 /2025 after lunch time before 8:00 Local time and bid will be opened on the same date on April 22 /2025 at 8:30 Local Time.
6. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and /or their legal representatives who wish to attend on the above mentioned date, time and place.
7. Each bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening.
8. National Election Board of Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid without assigning any reason thereof.
9. Interested or eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Management Department National Election Board of Ethiopia head office, in front of Flamingo Restaurant 1st floor office No 107.
