BID INVITATION NOTICE FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE

1. Sidama Bank invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement for Amendment of Organizational structure, Job analysis, Evaluation and Grading, Employee Salary Scale and benefits of Sidama Bank. The Bid remains floating from April 03, 2025 at 8:00AM, to April 23, 2025 at 2:30PM Consecutive Working Days.
2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below

• Original Bid Security, Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers, Anti-bribery Pledge form; Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year; Bidders should be VAT registered; Bidders should have Tax clearance certificate. Bidders should submit Legal establishment document (including Joint venture if any).

3. Interested bidders can purchase the bid documents from Sidama Bank SC, Head Quarter, Facility & Procurement Department, Addis Ababa, Mikwor Plaza Building, 3rd Floor, Room No.312 by paying (deposit) non-refundable fee birr 300 (Two hundred) on Sidama Bank, Beklobet Branch During the working hours starting from April 03, 2025 at 8:00AM at Addis Ababa.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr for Lot one 30,000.00 (Birr Thirty Thousand only) and Lot Two 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand only).
5. The bid security shall be furnished only in the form of Certified Cheque /CPO/ issued by a recognized domestic bank.
   1. The bond security issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under Clause.5 here above on the issued bond & Validity of BID is for 60 days.
   2. The Bid Security shall be issued in the name of the bidder's Company as appropriate that participated in the bid;
6. Bid proposal will be received at Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter, Facility & Procurement Department, Addis Ababa, Mikwor Plaza Building, 3rd Floor, Room No.312, both Lot 1 and Lot 2 before or on April 23, 2025 at until 2:30 PM. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
7. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on April 23,2025, at 3:00 PM, at Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter 3nd Floor, Room No.312.
8. Sidama Bank reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
