INVITATION TO TENDER

To: All bidder with valid legal documents for the year 2017 E.C.

Somali Regional State Social Affairs Bureau now invites wax sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of non-consulting services (Services to improve the economic, educational and social re-integration of the Jigjiga Children through providing basic social and livelihood services

1. To buy documents, the bidder has to present application letter, registration certificate from authority of civil society organizations, and TIN Registration.
2. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals.
3. A complete set of documents, in English, may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder against a nonrefundable fee of Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr) at: Somali Region Social Affairs Bureau, Jigjiga, Office of the Procurement, Tel: 0252783696, P.O. Box 235 Jigjiga, Ethiopia
4. Any queries can be forwarded to the procuring entity.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) or a Bank Guarantee of amount 40,000.00 Birr / Forty Thousand Birr/
6. Bids Must be delivered to our Bureau at the 5th day as of the bid is issued on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 10:00 Am in the morning. The bidders' document will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at our office, at the 5th day as of the bid is issued on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 10:30 Am in the morning. N.B. If the bid opening ceremony date is not a working day, the bid opening date will be next working day.
7. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening.
8. Somali Region Social Affairs Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids.
