The Amhara National Regional State at West Gojjam zone Womberma Woreda Agriculture office through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost off Food System Resilience program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.

1.  The Amhara National Regional State West Gojjam Zone Womberma Woreda finance office now invites eligible bidders, who have Gc.5 and above for the con-struction of the following small bridge projects.

2.  Bidding will be conducted through a national competitive bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the world Bank's procurement guidelines, through IDA credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines.
3. Bidders should be evaluated with their attached technical proposal documents against technical evaluation criteria of bidding documents and based on required specification.
4.  bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after bid opening including 28 days as per ITB 18.2
5. the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) days. Insurance bond not acceptable.
6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2017 E.C. The following document and renewed license. VAT registration certificate and tax payer identification number/TIN/ So the bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their bids document.
7. Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of the bid document with a payment of nonrefundable birr 400.00/four hundred birr within 30 consecutive days starting from the date of this hid announcement from Amhara National Regional State West Gojjam Zone Wemberma Woreda finance office room number 002, upon registration
8. Duplicate copies of bid offer with separate Technical Qualification Document and Financial Proposal Document in wax sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy shall be placed in the bid box or can be submitted in person. to Ambara National Regional State West Gojjam Zone Womberma Woreda finance office, room number 02, within 30 consecutive days starting from the date of this bid announcement until 5:30PM in the afternoon of the last date.
9. Bids will be closed at 5:30PM on the 30 day starting from the date of this bid announcement at the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives if they wish to attend.
