Invitation for National Competitive Bid

Bid No. GBB/OB/002/2024/25

Goh Betoch Bank invites eligible bidders for Implementation of VSAN Storage.

1. Bidders shall submit local business organization registration certificate or trade license.
2. Complete set of bidding documents may be collected by the bidder though officially delegated person during working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00(Two Hundred) in cash from Goh Betoch Bank S.C.
3. All bidders must be accompanied by an original bid security of Birr 150,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Fifty Thousand) in separate envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.
4. The bid comprising of technical and financial document must be submitted in separate envelops one original and one copy each to the address given above on or before April 30, 2025 at 8:00 Local time.
5. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelops i.e. the technical proposal, financial proposal, and bid security, duly marking the inner envelopes as "'ORIGINAL'' and' 'COPY'' both for the "the technical proposal' 'and the financial proposal" the bid security shall be part of the technical proposal but in a separate sealed envelope
6. Bids shall be closed and opened on April 30, 2025 at 8:00 and 8:30 Local time respectively
7. Bids shall be valid for period of 60 calendar days after bid opening date.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions above shall be subject to automatic rejection.
9. Goh Betoch Bank S.C reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, at any time prior to contract award without there by incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
