0. 1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Different Vehicle Tyres. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
1. Renewed trade license
2. TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
3. Suppliers Registration Certificate from PPA (only for local Bidders)
4. VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
5. Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
   2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from April 01, 2025 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at Tower III, 1st floor.
   3. Bidders shall submit bid security of Birr 35,000.00 (Birr Thirty-Five Thousand only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank.
   4. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before April 17, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head office Tower III, First Floor.
   5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on April 17, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
   6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head office, Procurement Directorate Operational Division Team, Tower III, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 557 8088, ext. 364.
   7. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
   8. Bidders should present their Samples.
   9. The language of the tender shall be English.
   10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
