This is an INVITATION TO TENDER FOR. "Detailed Geotechnical and Geophysical Investigation Description: The objective of this service is to provide Detailed Geotechnical and Geophysical Investigation services for Critical Landslides Section along Sawla- Maji Road Project. The Works to be carried out under this contract Mobilization/Demobilization to and from Addis Ababa to project area Inter site movement, Detailed Geotechnical and Geophysical Investigation.

HONG-IK Engineering Consultants Co. Ltd. in JV Sub Consultancy with G and Y Engineering Consult Plc. now invites eligible consulting firms ("Sub-Consultants") to provide the services for Detailed Geotechnical and Geophysical Investigation. Bidding will be conducted through the national Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.

All eligible Consultants with valid business license, and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstration the bidder's compliance, which shall include Trading Licenses and Registration Certificates, Grade category relevant Professional Practice Certificates shall be renewed for the year 2017 E.C., and Tax Clearance Certificate from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority), VAT registration Certificate and Tax payer identification (TIN) certificate to submit sealed bids for the aforementioned project.

Interested eligible bidder shall submit one original and two photocopy of Technical and Financial proposals and may obtain the bidding documents from HONG-IK Engineering Consultants Co. Ltd., at the address given below from 9:30 to 12:30 am and 1:30 to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by Interested bidders as of March 27,2025 on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-reundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred) only, effective from the first date of announcement until April 10, 2025.
