The SRS-BOA would like to invite sealed bids from interested illegible and qualified bidders for suppliers General Import & Export, other Agricultural Machineries and Equipment’s Category Trade License for the procurement of Purchase of maize Sheller and multi crop threshers and delivery of the following goods listed under below.

1. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document (s) at the address given below from 08:30am to 05:00pm (02:30-11:00 Local time] of official working days, or during office hours from the date of announcement
   4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00
   5. Bid must be delivered to Agriculture Bureau, on 10/4/2025 before 3:00 PM after 18 days from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald. Late bids will be rejected
   6. Bid Opening Will Be April, 10 2025 lot 1 will be open at 3:30 pm (afternoon)
   7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below after 18 days from the date of announcement. On 3:30 pm
   8. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee from reputable Bank
   9. Bid Validity period shall be: 90 days
   10. The bureau reserves rights to reject any or all bids
   11. Bidders Documentary requirements include: Renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration; and Certificate of Competence
