The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Food System & Resilience Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1. 1. The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture now invites eligible bidders for construction of small bridge GC/RRC-GRAD 5/five and above listed below on lot-01 and eligible supplier to procure Farm Tractor listed on lot-2 below

1. 2. Bidding will be conducted and evaluated through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
   3. Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specification attached bidder’s technical proposal document Against Technical Evaluation Criteria of biding Document
   4. Bids shall be valid for period of (90) days after bid opening date.
   5. One Bidder Participate Only 1 (One) lot on their Owen Choice Describe above.
   6. Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
   7. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2017 E.C. The following document & /Renewed license. VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.
   8. A complete set of bidding documents for Small bridge in English and for Tractor bid in Amharic may be purchased directly from the Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-12, Bahirdar Keble03 upon payment of a none refundable fee birr 400 to the address indicated below.
   9. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, 'Technical Qualification information' in one envelope and -Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope/one envelop system/.

   11. Bids shall be closed on April-14-2017 E.C at 4:00 AM Morning local time and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected.
   12. The ANRS Bureau of Agriculture reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
