1. The Oromia Culture and Tourism Bureau (OCTB) has a plan to procure the Procurement of the supply and Installation of Diesel Generators to purchase in local currency from stock. Now the Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of

1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (N CB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government ofOromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Oromia Culture and Tourism Bureau and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 2:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the morning and 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200 (Two hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on-site or deposit on 1000036047201 CBE account number and come up with a receipt.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before on 20th, March 2025 G.C. at 02:00 a.m. in the afternoon.
5. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 20th, March 2025 G.C. at 02:15 a.m. in the afternoon.
6. The OCTB reserves the right to reject any bid to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
