Oromia Bureau of Agriculture invites National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from eligible and qualified bidders to bid for the supply of Lime Stone Grinding Mill Plant Capacity 15-50t/h.

1. Interested bidders who have relevant renewed licenses for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence, and registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development (MoFED).
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders from the Oromia Agriculture Bureau, "Sarbet" area in front of School of Nations The regional government of Oromia bureaus Middle Block 3rd floor Procurement Process during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500.00 (Five hundred) birr at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia ORO.BUR.AGR.NAT.RES. A/C 1000007342105 birr starting from Feb.28/2025 G.C.
3. All bids must be accomplished by a bid bond of 250,000.00 E.Br. in the form of a bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O).
4. Bids must be delivered to the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture, "Sarbet" area in front of the School of Nations the regional government of Oromia bureaus Middle Block 3rd floor Procurement Process at March.20/2025 Up to 10:00 am.
5. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers separately in wax-sealed envelopes one original and two copies.
6. Bid will be closed on the date March 20/2025 at 10:00 am & opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on the same date at 10:30 am.
7. Late bids will be rejected.
