1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has a mandate to procure common user items with a Frame Work Contract Agreement on behalf of Regional Public bodies who have funds within the public bodies' budget and invites eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of different Types of Stationery Materials and toners.
2. The Description and The details of measurement & quantities of different types of stationery materials and Toners are specified/listed in biding document.
3. The amount of Bid Security in ETB is 1% (one percent) of total offered bid Price. If the total amount of bid security exceeds 500,000.00 Birr, bidders can reduce to ETB 500,000.00 Birr.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the morning and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400 (Four Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 14 March, 2025 G.C. on 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below 14 March, 2025 G.C. at 2:05 p.m. in the afternoon.
8. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
