Heifer Project International (HPI) is an international non- governmental organization, working to end poverty and hunger in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Heifer Project International has been in the development sector for more than 80 years. Heifer Project International has been operating in 60 countries throughout the world, but through time started focus on the 20 most poverty- and disaster-affected countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Heifer Project International (HPI) invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for organizing the 4th Round of Agriculture, Youth, and Technology (AYuTe) Africa challenge- Ethiopia 2025. AYuTe Africa Challenge Ethiopia is an African Youth Technology Innovation Award, aimed at harnessing the power of Ethiopian youth to develop emerging technologies that can make a positive difference for smallholder farmers and pastoralists in Ethiopia. In the past, Heifer Ethiopia has launched three successive local editions of AYuTe and awarded nine (three in each round) young women and men who came up with outstanding agricultural technology innovations. In 2025 Heifer Ethiopia is in the process of organizing the fourth round of AYuTe competition at the country level.

Eligible consultancy firms with proven experience and capacity in organizing similar events can register by email with the address mnebere@hefier.org  by sending credentials (renewed license, VAT certificate & Tin certificate) during working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM), from February 19, 2025 to March 4, 2025. The bidding document (TOR) will be sent to the bidders by the e-mail address they provide when registering for the bid.

The bidders are required to submit the original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes, sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for both Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Taxpayer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

 All documents (Technical, Financial, and other documents mentioned on the TOR) must be delivered to the address below in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 4:00 PM on March 5, 2025.
