TENDER NOTICE

TENDER NO. WCGFB-LCB-32/2017 E.C.

Waliya Capital Goods Finance Business Share Company (WCGFB) is intended to procure (heavy duty block cutters, block polishers Gantry cranes) and (semi-automatic concrete block-making machines) for our lease finance clients who are located at Addis Ababa and Dessie respectively.

All eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids through the LOCAL COMPETITIVE BID (LCB)

1. Bidders should present a renewed trade license, Taxpayer registration certificate, and VAT registration certificate while submitting their offer.
2. The bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the sum equal to 2% of the bid amount by the bidders' option (in CPO or Cash).
3. The bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 from WCGFB, Head office on the first floor of a building of Tsedey Bank Training & Research Centre kebele 10, Bahir Dar.
4. The bid should be delivered in a sealed envelope by any means of Waliya Capital Goods Finance business Head office, Bahir Dar Room No. 304 or Addis Ababa branch office (Seka Business Centre building 4 floor, office no. 001, piassa) within 20 consecutive days since issuance of the announcement.
5. Both the financial and technical documents shall be submitted to WCGFB letter with a separate envelope and wax sealed (One original and one copy).
6. Bid closing date shall be on the 20th day as of announcement at 8:00 local time and opened on the same day at 8:30 local time in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at the Head office of WCGFB. If the bid opening date is a Holiday, the opening date will be on the next working day.
7. The company reserves all right to accept or reject any bid, annually during the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the award of the contract, it also reserves the right to modify the bid requirement. Further information may be obtained from the WCGFBSC Office at the following address.
